Refund Policy

No refund, exchange only policy: All orders placed online or in store, is eligible to be exchanged within 10 days from the date of purchase.

In store exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for all in store exchange.

Online exchange: Contact us via our online chat or via email at sales@maboq.com. Our team will review your request, if your item is eligible for an exchange, we will provide you with additional return address details.

Please note that Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
